Memrise Pro Doesn't Activate?

Are you having trouble accessing the new Memrise Pro features after your purchase? Is it not working or won't activate? To fix this issue, please follow the instructions below:

Unlocking the Pro features on iOS
  • In the App, tap on the 'Pro' tab
  • Scroll to the bottom
  • Tap 'Restore Purchases'


This should activate your membership. 

(It could be a good idea to sign out and sign in to the App again, to sync your profile data).


Unlocking the Pro features on Android

Unfortunately there is no restore purchase function on Android for now.
  • Please head to http://feedback.memrise.com/ - and click "Did not find an answer to your question? Contact us" on the right hand side.
  • Please send us the email address you used to sign up to Memrise (or your username), your GooglePlay Store email and GPA Transaction ID. You can find all the Google information in the receipt Google has sent you after the purchase.
  • When our Contact us form asks for an "Issue" please select "Cancel / Payments / Pro Issue". This will expedite your case.
  • We can then manually activate your Pro subscription!
