Need help using the Android App? Here is what to do!

To ask for support, give feedback or search our Knowledge Base for more information, tap on the 3 dots icon in the top right hand side corner of your dashboard. Select 'Help' from the dropdown menu. You will be presented with two options; the Feedback Forum, where other Memrisers have posted their ideas and a contact form. If you have a common issue such as sound or syncing issues, you can first try typing a keyboard or phrase such as 'sound'/'sound not working' and our system will suggest articles to help. If none of these articles provide help please write us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please give us as much information as possible for us to better understand the issue. For example, the course, and if applicable the level(s) and word(s) affected. Please do not leave out your username. Just imagine you're seeing your doctor!
