Can't Download Course / Problem with Offline Mode

Firstly, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app via the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

Then, with the latest version, log out and log back into the app to re-sync it to the server - this removes any downloaded courses in the app, but you can re-download them.

It will help if you download over a stable WiFi connection rather than use mobile data. Also, avoid doing anything in the app while it downloads course data - it may take a few tries.

Note that the app may struggle downloading very large courses (3000+ items). We are working to improve the capacity in future updates.
